Payment by Credit Card
We offer the convenience of safe secure credit card payment for items purchased on our site through Microsoft's bCentral E-commerce portal. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are processed at the time of shipment, and not when the order is submitted. Any credits or discounts will be applied to your invoice prior to shipment and may not be reflected on the confirmation invoice that you receive after the order is placed.
Payment by Paypal
As a service to our customers, our site offers payment by Paypal. Simply select this method of payment during checkout, and you will automatically proceed to the Paypal site for payment. Please note that any discounts or credits will not be applied during this payment process, and will be refunded later through Paypal when the order is processed.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total weight and destination. In most cases, we ship by USPS Priority Mail, but we reserve the right to ship by UPS ground at our option. Shipments to APO addresses will be by Priority Mail only. Shipments to Canada are available by Air Letter Post (up to 4 pounds) and Global Priority Mail (over 4 pounds). Insurance is available at an additional cost. The minimum total shipping cost per order, for delivery anywhere in the US or Canada, is $5.85. If an item is backordered, we will not charge for additional shipping. International and expedited shipping rates are available. if interested, please email for rates.
Orders that total $75.00 or more (before shipping cost and tax is added) will receive FREE ground domestic shipping. Free shipping cannot be applied to Canadian, international or expedited orders. Certain heavy items are also excluded from free shipping offers.
We make every effort to maintain adequate inventory for all items except the "Clearance and Closeout" category. In the event an item you order is not in stock, you will be notified with an approximate ship date. If an out-of-stock item is retired and no longer available, the backorder will be cancelled and the customer will not be charged for that item or its associated shipping cost.
Errors and Omissions
While every effort is made to insure the accuracy of the information and prices contained on this website, Custom Creations and Gifts will not be responsible for errors in fact or pricing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization within 30 days of receipt. Authorized returns will receive full credit, less original shipping charges. If you received free shipment on the original order, the actual original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless the return is due to our error.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a restocking charge.
Special orders, custom items, or items that are not in their original condition, with all tags and packing, may not be returned.
Gift items may be returned for "store credit", subject to the conditions outlined above.
